Did you know, it takes almost 2 hours for a machine to cut a ZF-01 body? It takes one person 9 hours to finish the raw cut body, before it gets media blasted and anodised.

The anodising phase can sometimes create unwanted forms on the body. This we will strip off the anodising, re-finish the surface and then back to anodising.

Additional parts, such as the buttons, 510 connector and the underside plate also take on many steps until their completion. Each part is hand finished and cleaned before it goes off to assembly.

We take the smallest of things seriously. We take the time to adjust the position of the tactile switches to make sure it clicks just the way we feel they should. At times, it’s only a tiny adjustment of 50 microns that makes the difference.

We complete almost every step of the process in-house. We ensure every device that you receive is of the highest quality.
